SPA Domburg values your privacy. Which is why we only process the details we need (to improve) our services and why we treat the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with the greatest care. We never pass your details to third parties for commercial purposes. This privacy policy applies to using the website spadomburg.nl and to the associated services provided by SPA Domburg. These terms and conditions enter into effect on 01/05/2018; the publication of a new version of our Terms invalidates all previous versions. We also explain how we store your details and how we protect your data and your rights regarding the personal details you provide us with. How we process your details

Website software
Our website is developed with software from Nedbase B.V. Personal information you provide to us in the course of our services, is shared with this party. Nedbase has access to your details to provide us with (technical) support and will never use your details for other purposes. Based on the agreement we have with them, Nedbase is obliged to take appropriate safety measures. These safety measures comprise the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy.
Web hosting Dootall
Our web hosting and email services are provided by Dootall B.V. Dootall processes personal data on our behalf, not for their own purposes. Dootall may collect meta data about how the services are used. This does not include personal details. Dootall has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss and unlawful use of your personal details. Dootall must observe strict confidentiality under the terms of the contract we have with them. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via Dootall’s services. Dootall will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. Your personal details are securely stored by Byte. Dootall may use cookies and other internet technologies that show if and how emails are opened and read. Dootall reserves the right to use your details to improve its services and, in that context, to share information with third parties.
Campaignmonitor
Our website uses Campaignmonitor, a third party that sends newsletters. Campaignmonitor shall never use your name and email address for its own purposes. You will see an ‘unsubscribe/uitschrijven’ link at the bottom of every email sent through Campaignmonitor. To stop receiving our newsletters, click on that link. Your personal information is securely stored by Campaignmonitor. Campaignmonitor may use cookies and other internet technologies that show if and how emails are opened and read. Campaignmonitor reserves the right to use your details to improve its services and, in that context, to share information with third parties.
Webhost
We use Zeelandnet for our standard business email traffic. Zeelandnet has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the misuse, loss and corruption of you and your personal details wherever possible. Zeelandnet does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic with the utmost confidentiality.
Bookings system
To process online reservations, we use the platform of X-Plan online of Dimmbizz. They process your name, address, town, and payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. They have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal details.
General purpose of data processing
We collect and use your personal information in the provision of our services. This means that we use your details for purposes that are directly related to the services you have requested. We do not share your details with third parties other than purposes relating to bookkeeping and compliance with other administrative obligations. Third parties are bound to observe confidentiality on the basis of our contract with them, or an oath or statutory obligation.
Automatic data collection
Data collected automatically by our website are used to improve our services. These data (such as your web browser and operating system) are not personal data.
Cooperation in connection with fiscal and criminal investigation
There may be circumstances in which Badhotel Domburg may be required by law to disclose your details in connection with a fiscal or criminal investigation conducted by state or legal authorities. In such cases we are compelled to disclose your details but will make every effort to refrain, within the limits of what is legally possible.
How long is your information stored
We store your information during the time you spend at our hotel. This means that we store you guest profile until you notify us that you no longer wish to make use of our services. If you notify us to this effect, we will register this as an erasure request. Due to statutory administrative obligations, we are required to retain invoices with your (personal) data and to retain this data for the prescribed length of time. However, hotel staff will not have access to your guest profile and documents we created to supply the services you requested.
Access, amendment and right to erase data
If you have provided us with your personal details, you can send us a request asking for access, or to amend, or erase these details. If you wish to do so, please send an email to privacy@badhotel.com.
Cookies Google Analytics
We use cookies on our site that are provided by the American company Google as part of the “Analytics” service. We use this service to track and to receive reports on how visitors use the website. This service may be obliged by law to grant access to this data. We collect information on your browsing history and share these details with Google. Google can interpret this information together with other data sets and use it to follow your activity online. Google uses this information to present personalised adverts (Adwords) and other Google services and products.
